This is a great video for any one looking for a tasty, yet, easy meal that can be made in less then 30 mins. The salad looks incredible, using simple ingredients: Very Lean Beef Round Sirloin Tips spiced with Montreal Steak Seasoning, Blue & Goat Cheeses, Avocado, Veggies and a mix of Healthy Greens. You can also combine this recipe with fish, shrimp, chicken, or boiled eggs. More Great Healthy Fats!
